Pastoral Care
At TISB, the pastoral care of our students is of primary importance, and we are committed to providing a safe and caring environment for all our boarders.
The pastoral team headed by Deputy Principal Pastoral ensures that the emotional, physical social, and mental well-being of our boarders are always attended to, helping them to settle into their new environment and are to ensure that they are adjusting to the structure and rigour of TISB Boarding. The DPP and school counsellor lead sessions to create awareness on various topics like anti-bullying, anti-vaping, healthy eating etc. to ensure that all our boarders feel happy, secure and safe.
Our staff, both boarding and teaching, are approachable and encourage students to share any issues that may be troubling them. The school has both a full-time Pastoral Coordinator and School Counsellors who students can talk to on a confidential basis.
