We hold ourselves to a high standard of effective recruiting practices with specific attention to child protection. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Campus Operations Manager to join our Estates Department. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing Estates related jobs in the life of a busy boarding school is essential.
Position description:
- To oversee, manage and provide accountability for the whole school contracts
- Manage Security, Transport, Landscaping, Pest Control, Catering, Housekeeping
- Provide day-to-day management of the Estates team
- Contributing to the short, medium and long term strategic development of the Estates Plan and leading the implementation of these plans
- Develop environmentally sustainable initiatives in all aspects of the TISB campus
