• KG 1 have a stay and play session,

• For Grades LG1, UG1, and 2, students will spend a short session in class followed by an informal interaction with the Deputy Principal of Primary Years.
• There is no Entrance Assessment carried out for applicants in these grade levels.

• Applicants will sit in an Entrance Assessment in English and Mathematics
• followed by an interview round with the Deputy Principal PY.

• Applicants will be required to sit an Entrance Assessment in English, Mathematics and Non-verbal Reasoning.
• Successful applicants will have an interview.

• Applicants will be required to sit an Entrance Assessment in English, Mathematics, Science and Non-verbal Reasoning.
• Successful applicants will have an interview.

• Applicants will be required to sit an Entrance Assessment in English, Mathematics, any one of the Sciences, and Non-verbal Reasoning.
• Successful applicants will have an interview.

Students applying for Grades 6, 7 and 8 are required to complete the Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4) at school as part of the admissions assessment process.

CAT4 assesses a student’s reasoning abilities across four areas:

• Verbal Reasoning – understanding and working with words and language
• Quantitative Reasoning – working with numbers and numerical relationships
• Non-Verbal Reasoning – identifying patterns and relationships using shapes and figures
• Spatial Reasoning – visualising and manipulating shapes and objects

Preparation

CAT4 is designed to assess reasoning ability rather than curriculum-based knowledge, so no specific revision or preparation is required. Each section includes example and practice questions to familiarise students with the format before the assessment begins.
