‘The Book of Wellness’ (link opens in a new window) is an initiative by a 16-year-old United Nations Speaker and Mental Health Advocate, Aaryani Sahay and Umaa Arun - a Transformation Life Coach. The book has been co-authored by Amitoj Likhari (Physical Fitness Expert), and Dr. Kavitha (Nutritionist).
The highlight of this book is the self-reflection exercises that help you apply these strategies to your own life and identify areas of improvement.

“Food for thought and Food for the hungry” is the two-pronged purpose of 'The Book of Wellness'.
To obtain your copy of the e-book, you can donate a minimum of INR 100, there’s no maximum limit. All the proceeds from the e-book go to the MCKS Food for The Hungry Foundation, a not for profit organization started in 2005. They reach out with food to the hungry and empower them with skills to move from despair to hope.
Every Rs15/- provides one meal, so your 100-rupee contribution will mean 7 meals for people who are hungry. Help provide food for them and be the reason for their smile.
