“Wellness means complete integration of mind, body and spirit – the realisation that everything we do,think, feel and believe has an effect on our state of wellbeing”.

‘The Book of Wellness’ (link opens in a new window) is an initiative by a 16-year-old United Nations Speaker and Mental Health Advocate, Aaryani Sahay and Umaa Arun - a Transformation Life Coach. The book has been co-authored by Amitoj Likhari (Physical Fitness Expert), and Dr. Kavitha (Nutritionist).

The highlight of this book is the self-reflection exercises that help you apply these strategies to your own life and identify areas of improvement.

The ‘Book of Wellness’ is an e-book for all age groups to help you to successfully overcome obstacles during the pandemic; improve your relationships with others; work towards changing your life; understand yourself and gain clarity on your goals; and take care of and strengthen your body and mind.

Improve the quality of your life and simultaneously help the hungry

“Food for thought and Food for the hungry” is the two-pronged purpose of 'The Book of Wellness'.

To obtain your copy of the e-book, you can donate a minimum of INR 100, there’s no maximum limit. All the proceeds from the e-book go to the MCKS Food for The Hungry Foundation, a not for profit organization started in 2005. They reach out with food to the hungry and empower them with skills to move from despair to hope.

Every Rs15/- provides one meal, so your 100-rupee contribution will mean 7 meals for people who are hungry. Help provide food for them and be the reason for their smile.
