After graduating High School, he went on to Vellore Institute of Technology University in Tamil Nadu, where he did his Bachelors degree. After travelling to the Dublin Business School, where he completed his MBA, Mr Rizwan branched out and took a Bachelors in Education as certified College Counsellor. We reached out to Mr Rizwan to find out more about him, his joy of teaching and vision for the future.

The school has the best minds and highest standards of students present – Mr Rizwan

Mr Rizwan, who is teaching his second year at TISB, has four and half years of teaching experience. He truly enjoys the opportunity at TISB to teach and learn from the best students in India, and possibly the world. “As a teacher its exciting and challenging everyday to prepare for the classes in the best way possible, and to be challenged by critical thinking students”, says Mr Rizwan, who prepares to be at the highest level of daily performance, to push his gifted students. “With the students at TISB getting admissions at the best universities and companies in world, its a huge responsibility and honour to shape their thinking and values in the right way”, says Mr Rizwan, who takes great pride in working with future entrepreneurs and leaders, to create a more sustainable and peaceful world.

Since joining TISB, Mr Rizwan has been teaching his students online, and he is looking forward to classroom learning and face-to-face interactions with students in the school canteen. He strongly feel that getting back to normalcy and teaching students face-to-face, is what teaching and learning is all about. “Due to restrictions I also haven’t got the opportunity to dine in the school canteen with a full course meal. My last full course meal at TISB canteen was when I was a student in Grade 4”, says Mr Rizwan who is fondly waiting to be sat under the same roof as his fellow teachers and students.
